Overlap FC: Building Community Through Soccer

In partnership with the UJA Federation of Broward County, Overlap FC is a new South Florida–based kids' soccer program designed to bring together children and families from the Jewish and Muslim communities. Using the universal language of the game, Overlap FC focuses on building friendships, understanding, and shared respect through teamwork and play.

What to Expect

Children will participate in:

• Regular soccer training sessions focused on skill development, fitness, and fun
• Friendly matches that emphasize sportsmanship, teamwork, and mutual respect
• Team-building activities designed to promote cross-cultural understanding and meaningful interaction between Jewish and Muslim families

Overlap FC creates a welcoming, inclusive environment where kids can grow as athletes and as friends, learning to appreciate both what makes them unique and what they share.
