He is a successful leader, entrepreneur, executive & dealmaker, specializing in M&A, business development and sports management. Alex has also taken multiple leadership roles in connection to charities and philanthropic events, including Chairing the Zach Hyman Charity Golf Classic & Skate for Sarah Fundraiser and as a Committee member or volunteer for Scotiabank Pro-Am, Fanatics All-In Challenge, Hockey is for Everyone and Score Against Cancer Event. Alex has a strong relationship with and has helped raise millions of dollars and tremendous awareness for SickKids Hospital/Foundation, Right to Play, UJA, Canadian Tire Jump Start, No Kid Hungry and more.

Jian Magen is a lifelong entrepreneur, creative operator, and leader in entertainment and event production.

As co founder of The Magen Group along with his twin brother Page, Jian has helped grow the company into a full scale media and entertainment platform with 25 years in business and offices in Toronto, Miami, and New York. Supported by more than 100 exceptional team members, the company has delivered thousands of high profile corporate and private events across North America.

Jian's portfolio spans event venues, a music agency, digital activations, sports related events and emerging media ventures. His youthful way of thinking fuels constant innovation and has led him into film production, video game development, and Esports. A lifelong collector with a deep passion for memorabilia, pop culture, professional wrestling, and comedy, Jian draws inspiration from spectacle, history, and storytelling, elements that consistently show up in his work.
